Happy is...

Sticking out my hardest workout class of the week: Thursday's Kickboxing class.

I DID IT!!! 60 mins - the entire class. Yes, I took a water break (well 2). But I stayed the entire class. I finished!!!!

The instructor is super amped like just like Chalene Johnson, creator for TurboKick,  Turbo Jam and soon to be released Turbo Fi-ya! Want more info on these - check www.beachbody.com.  So it's easy to like Corey's (he's the instructor) class because he gets you amped.  He makes you want to punch hard, slap those kicks and do those damn plyometric jumps (no burpees in this class).  I did them all and with a smile on my face.

A great instructor really makes a big difference. Corey sounds really fun.

I love it when someone else is excited about the workout. It jump starts me out of my mood about doing it. After that it just feels fun! Congrats on making it through the whole workout!

Corey's is a big ball of way too much activity (no Red Bull). It's has been a very long while for me to complete my Thursday and Saturday classes. I get to a point (right after Turbo) when I am so tired I just want to sit down. But now that I've had my body fat measure (damn that's an ugly number) I am trying to keep that as my motivation - plus the thrill actually finishing vs slinking out without being noticed is a great high too.

Very impressive! Those classes always intimidate me, so I have yet to try them! On my goal list...9 miles today...eeek! What have I accomplished? Not a whole lot. I better get started! Have a fantastic weekend! =)

Classes are tough! You did great. I always have to take a few water breaks.
