Well, maybe not fired but the appointment has been cancelled. After receiving feedback on last week's meal tracking from the nutritionist stating that we need to work on weight loss, I knew it was time to go.
Um, that's why I went to see the woman in the first place.
Granted, I'm not the best when it comes to tracking my food (and I was upfront about it). Yes, I know I need to pay attention to what I put down my throat. No, I'm not ready to give up wine and cheese. I might consider backing off the little bread that I do eat.
So I am back to square one and tinkering with the idea, yet again, with WW. But for the moment, I am using SparkPeople to track my food in addition to my workouts.
So let's see what happens next.

I'm attempting to track my food with Myfitnesspal.
I hate this war against fat.
And I HATE when people state the obvious. Nutritionist lady should have come up with something better than that.
I need to check out that app. I finally took the plunge for a smartphone - I have apps! But right now, I'm using SparkPeople. I even recorded the In-n-out Burger I ate for lunch yesterday (no wonder I can't lose weight). LOL
have you ever tried just "halfing" everything? I mean half it. half the burger and side. etc. And getting at least 6 or 7 hours of sleep helps TREMENDOUSLY..I never realized how important sleep was until I felt totally rested. You KNOW how to eat, why pay folks money to tell you what you already know. Just do it a little at a time. HALF your intake, increase your water and keep up the exercise! oh and the outings I love the pictures...gonna make me want to save $ to come visit.
Peace - you know I was the queen of half-ing portions. I spent money for someone to validate what I already know. Dumb - yes!! But deep down, I just needed someone to talk to. She served her purpose and I have plenty of tools to utilize on this journey.
You know you have an open invite to visit anytime!
