I must say, I have foun...Never tried a juice fast. I must say, I have found beets with some canning involved much tastier. But then you have the sugar and such, which sort of defeats the purpose. If you have a farmer's market, get fresh (and I emphasize fresh)carrots. They are great juiced, and I would suspect go well with spinach. I agree, however, the salad sounded better with what you did.
